Tecnomec srl is well aware of the importance of the customer and that is why it sets as its primary objective the satisfaction of the customer in accordance with the rules and professional ethics. To meet this commitment, Tecnomec srl has deemed it appropriate to implement and certify the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001/2015 standard.
Tecnomec also expresses its deep sensitivity and commitment to issues concerning the Environment and the Health and Safety of Workers, considering them fundamental in the Company and in the Society. Within a program of continuous improvement, Tecnomec therefore places the customer and his satisfaction at the center of its interests together with respect for the environment and the enhancement of its employees.
Tecnomec has intended to have a certified Quality Management System in order to:
- obtain an independent and objective assessment of the "modus operandi" of the company;
- guarantee the customer a declared and documented level of product-service quality;
- build a valid tool to compete on the market through the analysis of the Context, the identification of the relevant Stakeholders, the satisfaction of customer needs and expectations and the continuous improvement of products and processes as a consequence of the application of "risk-based thinking"
- reduce production costs;
- monitor processes and machines by organizing preventive maintenance and periodic checks;
- put production activities into practice and reorganize them in the best possible way;
- continuously invest in new technologies.
Tecnomec srl, in addition to constantly working so that the quality policy is understood, implemented and verified by all, considers it essential that they are continuously improved through its commitment and that of its Managers and Responsible:
- the proactive participation of all staff;
- the definition of the roles and responsibilities assigned to the personnel responsible for the execution of the activities;
- the constant updating and improvement of business processes and activities;
- the provision of adequate resources for the protection and defense of the environment, minimizing the impacts related to the activities carried out and the products/services provided;
- the attention to the environment of those who reside in the areas adjacent to the company;
- dialogue with the Authorities and Communities and collaboration with the Institutions, ensuring maximum correctness and transparency in relations and providing complete, reliable and clear information;
- compliance with the law, regulations, and provisions issued by the bodies in charge, in compliance with the ethical integrity and professional correctness that characterize the conduct of the entire organization;
- constant attention to the safety of its employees and third parties who access its plants;
- the protection of the health of its employees.
The General Management is perfectly aware that in order to achieve the above it is necessary to have a harmonious interaction between the responsibilities of the management, the collaborators, the material resources and the structure of the quality system.
In this sense, frequent meetings are organized and continuous exchanges of information take place between people of all levels and departments in order to obtain effective participation and cooperation. The skills gained by the workers and the awareness of the role of each one within the Quality Policy, attention to the Environment and respect for Health and Safety in the workplace are therefore the foundations of the Organization.
The Management therefore undertakes to:
- define and periodically formulate quality objectives for the relevant levels and functions of the organization during the Management Review;
- supervise the correct application of what is defined in the documentation relating to the Quality Management System;
- to make this Policy understood, implemented and supported at all levels of the company by disseminating and explaining it;
- review the Quality-Safety-Environment policy to ensure its continued suitability;
- make available adequate means and resources to achieve the set objectives, providing the resources with the necessary independence and autonomy;
- create indicators that allow you to measure the progress of the Quality Management System.
The Quality-Sicurezza_Ambiente policy is intended to be a "reference framework" for the entire Organization. Objectives relevant to the various levels and functions of the organisation are formulated during the management review.
